What Atelier provides
Atelier is a marketing and editorial workspace. It helps a studio review its identity, collect project material, confirm facts and permissions, prepare campaigns, and build export packages. Configured provider pathways may support approved social publishing, CMS drafts, newsletters and performance reporting, but those external integrations have not yet been verified in the current pilot. Drafts remain drafts until an owner or editor approves the relevant revision.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of project information, your authority to upload material, and the permissions, credits and restrictions attached to each asset. You decide what may be public. Do not enter client information, addresses, budgets or other sensitive details into content you intend to publish without the appropriate authority.
Editorial control
Atelier does not guarantee factual accuracy, publication acceptance, editorial placement, engagement, or commercial results. Review every draft, image, credit, audience and destination before approval. If a configured provider pathway becomes available, social posts would require an owner-authorized connection and an explicitly scheduled approved campaign. Newsletter sending would require a separate owner confirmation for the reviewed draft and audience. CMS integrations are designed to create drafts for review. Publication and award submissions, and contact with editors, remain studio actions.
Access and accounts
Workspace owners control members, billing and deletion. Editors can work on projects and exports. Reviewers may comment but cannot approve or export. Keep account access private and remove members who no longer need access.
Changes and pilot availability
The pilot may change as product capabilities and commercial terms are validated. Feature availability can depend on configured providers and workspace entitlement. Important changes to paid access should be communicated before they take effect.
