Facts have provenance.
Studio notes, approved sources and direct answers remain attached to proposed facts. A source can be corrected, a conflict can be resolved, and missing details can stay unknown.
Atelier is built around a project record: what is known, where it came from, what may be public, and who still needs credit. It prepares drafts for review; it does not make the editorial decision for you.

Studio notes, approved sources and direct answers remain attached to proposed facts. A source can be corrected, a conflict can be resolved, and missing details can stay unknown.
Exact residential addresses, client details and budgets stay out of public drafts by default. The studio chooses which project fields can be shared.
Credits, usage permissions, restrictions and expiry details travel with the image. Missing requirements are visible before a ready export includes it.
AI suggestions can help with discovery, structure, writing and campaign preparation. They do not establish a fact, right or permission by themselves.
| Moment | Atelier prepares | The studio decides |
|---|---|---|
| Source review | Observed information and suggested questions | What is correct, public and usable |
| Editorial drafting | Portfolio, press, social and newsletter drafts | Edits and approval of each revision |
| Media and credits | Eligibility checks and export records | Rights, restrictions and final inclusion |
| External release | Approved material and, where configured, draft-only integration work | Sharing, outreach, publishing and sending |
Social, CMS, newsletter, analytics and payment connections depend on a separately configured provider account. Connected publishing and reporting are still being tested in the pilot. Each destination needs its own setup before it can be used. There is no unattended editorial outreach or publication submission.
